What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 13:00, check-out by 11:00. Arriving early? We'll store your bags so you can go straight to the beach. We'll WhatsApp you if the room is ready sooner.
Is there parking at the hotel?
We have a limited number of private spots on a first-come, first-served basis. Public parking is also available nearby in marked zones. Peak-season parking in Obzor fills up, so arriving earlier in the day helps.
How do I get here from the airport?
We're roughly midway between Varna (60 km) and Burgas (70 km) airports. We can help arrange a reliable taxi transfer or advise on bus routes if you prefer to travel independently.

Which rooms have a private kitchen?
Our Family Apartments have a fully equipped private kitchen with oven. All other room types have access to a shared guest kitchen for light meals and morning coffee.
Is AC and WiFi in every room?
Yes — every room has its own air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. No shared units, no weak signal.
Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, free of charge. Just mention it when you book and we'll have one ready for you.

Is it noisy at night?
Absolutely not — our biggest selling point. We're on a quiet residential street, not the noisy beachfront strip. Sea breeze without the midnight bar music.
